Most of what goes wrong on a solar or electrical job traces back to a handoff — a salesperson who's gone after the contract, a subcontracted crew, a "that's not our part" when the panel upgrade and the solar don't line up. Because Pacific Edge does the design, permitting, PG&E interconnection, and the installation in-house, we own the whole result — so we can stand behind it. See why that matters.

The fine print, in plain language

• Upfront pricing: your written quote is the price for the agreed scope of work. If the scope, requirements, or equipment change, we agree on any adjustment in writing before proceeding — reasonable and fair to both sides, never a surprise charge.
• On-time: we commit to your scheduled dates and communicate proactively if a permit, inspection, or PG&E timeline shifts something outside our control.
• Satisfaction: we don't consider a job done until you've walked it with us and you're happy.
• 3-year workmanship warranty: covers our installation labor, in addition to the manufacturers' equipment warranties (up to 25 years).
• Price-match: bring us an apples-to-apples written quote from another California-licensed contractor and we'll beat it by at least 5%.
