Most installers won't put a number on anything until they've been to your house. We will. Below are the typical ranges for Bay Area work — and because of our Fixed-Price Guarantee, the number in your free quote is the number you pay for the agreed scope.

Your exact price is set — and fixed — in your free quote.

Why we publish our pricing
Gating prices behind a sales call is a tactic, not a courtesy. We'd rather you walk in informed. Pairing public ranges with our Fixed-Price and Price-Match guarantees means no bait-and-switch: bring us a written quote from another California-licensed contractor and we'll beat it by at least 5%.
Incentives & financing that lower the number
- $0-down financing and, for businesses, zero-upfront PPAs.
- California SGIP battery rebates — closed or waitlisted for new residential applications (Sept 2026); we check eligibility for the income-based tier and submit your reservation. Check your SGIP status or see every 2026 incentive.
- Commercial & non-profit projects may still use the federal Investment Tax Credit + MACRS. (The residential federal solar tax credit ended after 2025.)

Pricing FAQ
Why is the price shown as a range?
Because the right number depends on your specific site. For a panel upgrade, the range ($4,500–$14,000) is driven by the target amperage, whether the meter or main service has to be relocated, and access. For solar, it's your roof, system size, and whether you add a battery. We publish the honest range up front, then give you one fixed, itemized price for your project — no sales-call required to see a ballpark.
What's included in the price?
Your fixed quote covers the equipment, the electrical work, our own licensed C-10 crew's labor, and the design and coordination. City and county permit fees charged by the jurisdiction are billed separately (passed through at cost). We tell you exactly what's included and what isn't before any work begins.
Do you really hold the price, or does it change later?
We hold it. Because of our Fixed-Price Guarantee, the number in your written quote is the number you pay for the agreed scope of work. If you later change the scope or equipment, we agree any adjustment with you in writing first — never a surprise. We also offer a Price-Match Promise: bring us a written quote from another California-licensed contractor and we'll beat it by at least 5%.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer $0-down solar financing, and for businesses, zero-upfront PPAs. Many homeowners start saving with a monthly payment lower than their current PG&E bill. California's SGIP battery rebate is closed or waitlisted as of September 2026, so we don't price around it, but we check your eligibility for the income-based tier and get you on the list. We walk through current financing and incentive options in your free quote.
Are incentives included in these prices?
No — the ranges shown are before incentives. Depending on the project you may reduce the net cost with local CCA and utility rebates, $0-down financing, and (for commercial and non-profit projects) the federal Investment Tax Credit. The residential federal solar tax credit ended after 2025, and SGIP battery rebates are closed or waitlisted as of September 2026. We itemize any incentives you qualify for in your quote.
